It is very important to mention that THE PERPETUITY CLAUSE MUST BE KEPT AS ORIGINALLY DESIGNATED FOR A GOLF COURSE.

2. RECREATION AREA. The area shown in Tract 36 herein is hereby restricted
in perpetuity for golf course purposes only and is the perpetual mainenance
obligation of Century Village, Inc. a Florida corporation, its Successors and
assigns.

Remember this is one of the most important points of our opposition to any housing development on the golf course property.
